unique and brand-new room except for the air conditioning system was enjoyable. an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels were appreciated.

The rooms are a nice size and unique, with a full bed, the air conditioning system, for instance provided. The setting is easy and perfect, near all the attractions, and Beverly Hills and the stores, secure area. Furthermore, Slipstream Sculpture is not too far away from the hotel. Terrific service and the food is fine.

I loved the vintage 1980s miami vibe at maison 140 beverly hills. The beautiful king room was clean and charming. The location was perfect for exploring, and andre at the front desk was super helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with the friendly guests.

I like the place where it is situated! Just 5 min to Rodeo drive! Also I like red decor in the hotel and huge beds!!! Awesome! But room space is not enough even it is not comfortable to put baggage!

The place has a vintage Miami vibe that is really charming. My beautiful king room was clean, with a tv, minibar, and a private bathroom. The cozy bar offered drinks, and there's access to spa facilities nearby. I appreciated the friendly guests and helpful staff, especially Andre at the front desk.

I really appreciated the vintage decor which has a strong 1980s Miami vibe I found the housekeeping staff to be very attentive and they provided ample clean towels .

The bathroom felt cramped , made it slightly uncomfortable during use.

Few details were not well designed: * Bathroom has no trash can and very little space to put your stuff on * Few lightpulps were burned and the room was quite dark * No restaurant in the building, but on a sister hotel. Food was good but totally over priced.

Best thing was location. Close to beverly hills neighbourhood. Nice and simple hotel. Ok for a couple of nights.

I appreciated being able to open the window for some fresh air. Andre at the front desk offered genuine hospitality and was super helpful with my questions. I enjoyed chatting with other friendly guests at the bar. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud, hard to relax at times. Lack of coffee in the room was disappointing, especially for a longer stay. Some small details could use attention, like the uneven chair in the room and limited power outlets for charging devices. A cozy place with character but could improve on amenities.

The elevator is a bit small... So is the hotel room...
